Integrated Somatic Yoga

Integrative Somatic Yoga (ISY) is a unique practice that will not only help re-educate the nervous system to help heal our physical body, but also a practice that moves us from feeling fractured and disconnected emotionally and energetically. Integrated Somatic Yoga is a body-centric approach that works by helping to release stress and tension from the body. Integrated Somatic Yoga can help clients process and release negative and blocked traumas and emotions stored in the body. Through breathing and individualized physical movement, clients are guided to shift their mindset while allowing the body to feel more safe, calm, and ready to let go.
